yeah .. I would recommend to remove this line too, because it appears that xm generates one.  
 
 you can always destroy a domain that it is already running

No, server7 is not running. (see xm list above) But I just resolved the problem. Is was a uuid conflict  Someone told me to delete the line with uuid, but now I inserted the line again
