Dear Keir Fraser,

You could find my logs in the thread series "[Xen-devel] Xen patches

Thanks. There's really nothing of note in the logs. Debugging a black screen
remotely, and VGA passthru in general, is hard. If you're lucky someone from
Intel on the list might offer some help, but I think this just illustrates
how hit-and-miss VGA paasthru is even for a supposedly working setup (IGD).
Small changes to BIOS, or chipset revision, can make all the difference.

  K.

Thank you very much.

Dear Keir Fraser,

I have just upgraded from Xen 4.0.1-rc6-pre to Xen 4.0.1-RELEASE. I am
still getting Windows XP Home Edition HVM domU crashes when doing the
onboard Intel integrated graphics VGA passthrough, despite the upgrade.

Noone is going to want to watch your 10-minute videos. You're at least more
likely to get assistance if you send logs or, where that's not possible,
links to still photos of things like BSODs.

I have just made a 7-minute video demonstrating the crash and uploaded
it to my Youtube account, which has 22 videos at the time of this writing.

Please watch my Youtube video at the following link.

There's my 10-minute video demonstrating the crash/BSOD of Windows XP
Home Edition HVM domU when doing Intel integrated graphics VGA
passthrough with Xen 4.0.1-rc6-pre and pv-ops dom0 kernel 2.6.32.19, as
well as kernel debugging messages and system configuration files.
