Re: [Xen-users] Unable to upgrade kernel

Upgrading to 2.6.32.13 from the 2.6.32.13 tree solved this issue for me.  Check the Makefile to see what version you are compiling.

Hey all,
I'm currently using xen 4.0 and am getting the "Attempting to checksum a non-TCP/UDP packet, dropping a protocol 1 packet".  This is from what i can tell also causing the machine to lock every so often causing the need for a hard reboot.
According to the google (and other posts found here) I need to upgrade my kernel which i attempted to do. When I did that I then got the "conection refused error".
My steps to updating to the newest version of xen were as follows.
cd /downloads/ git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-xen cd linux-2.6-x git checkout -b xen/stable origin/xen/stable
and then build from there.
Any idea what I can do to solve this?
