Okay
I looked at /var/log/messages
this message
Unable to start blktapctrl
has repeated many times.
in fact
in /var/log/daemon.log has following repeated
BLKTAPCTRL[4984]: Unable to start blktapctrl
~
then /var/log/xen/xend.log

So I feel that BLKTAPCTRL is causing error I know what blktap is but
here how to proceed?
