I've used Xen 3.4.2 and Xen 4.0.0 with pvops dom0 kernels.
pvops dom0 2.6.32 kernels _require_ Xen 4.0.0 or Xen 3.4.3.

xen bugzilla is not actively used/maintained.
Usually the bugs are discussed/fixed on xen-devel mailinglist.
