You need at least clone of  xen-3.4-testing.hg tree or coming soon Xen 3.4.3
official release to load  2.6.32.10 PVops kernel due to CS connected with Xiantao Zhang's  "APIC Rework" was back ported  only to 3.4.3.
There is no much people and support behind 2.6.31.8(12) xenified aka Suse kernel (Anrew Lyon, Jun Beulich). It's time to get rid from xenified kernels.
I would suggest to choose stable pvops kernel coming with Xen 4.0 release due to Citrix.inc is, actually,  behind this line . No matter would Xen Dom0 support  merge main line linux or no . JF's PVops kernels seem to be the focus of  development of Citrix core team  and guys from Intel and Oracle
in a foreseeable  future.
It works for me pretty stable on F12 and Ubuntu 9.10 Server.
I also believe that referenced critical CS for APIC Rework properly,
otherwise somebody will correct me.

Boris.

Thank you for the link!

Could you give me your opinion on why using Xen 4x would give benefits compared to 3.2-1, which comes together with Debian Lenny?
