Hi.

Do I need NTP server (running as client) in my paravirtualized domU's?
OR is it enough to run it in domO's? Also, how about when guest is
Windows with GPL-PV drivers?

If you run ntpd on your dom0 to domUs will get their time from it. If you need accurate time in a domU and the dom0 isn't running NTP you can run it in a domU by setting /proc/sys/xen/indenpendent_wallclock to 1 and then running ntpd as per normal.
