AFAIK cluster VG can't do LVM snapshot. So you'll have to do backup on
domU side.
Windows have volume shadow copy, for Linux you can have LVM on domU
side (which is the default setup for RHEL domU created with
virt-install). If you zfs there's also zfs snapshot.
