Hi,

This is probably a simple thing to fix, but I just haven't found the solution (or the reason to this behavior):

When a domU is restarted (shutdown + start or shutdown + create) a new domain id is always assigned to it.
Can the domain id be fixed and if so, how? (And if not, why not?)

It'd make life much easier with monitoring, say, vif interfaces if they'd stay the same after a reboot of a domU.

I'm running Xen 3.2-1.

Cheers,
  Antti Kanes
