FYI, I used dseo to set the unit in testing mode and then I signed the
xenpci.sys file with dseo.  Same BSoD as when I go in and tell the
system to boot without the driver signing requirements (but I don't have
to select that at boot).  Still want the windbg?  Should I try the 0.9x
series of drivers?
