        Rudi is correct about the vifname parameter.  However, that is for
PV usage, and don't know if ii is a Xen problem or a distro problem.
Regardless, with HVM, it doesn't affect you.  I'm pretty sure what you want
can't be done, presumably because of how the TAP interfaces are set up.
That said, you would have to install something on the HVM machines if you
want to monitor their HVM traffic usage.  This might have changed, but it
seems unlikely.  Of course, I would love to be corrected by someone with
more up-to-date Xen knowledge.

have you assigned names (like vivwin1, vifhost1, etc) to each
interface in the config files? I read somewhere that this is a
problem.

What happens if you do a "ifconfig vifhost1" - if "vifhost1" is the
interface of one of the domU's?
