It is pretty early, in my opinion to jump to upgrade. I have been
testing Xen 3.3
since shortly after the release and am quite happy with the new features and
things generally just work, but any initial release will potentially have bugs.

If it is meant to be a stable uptime machine, upgrading to a new version shortly
after a release is generally not a good idea. Some testing is likely needed and
not having anywhere to test is a tricky situation.

Does the box support HVM guests? You can run Xen, the hypervisor, in an
HVM guest, this could be one way of testing things out before jumping.

I expect that 3.3 is going to be quite good and will get lots of use. It is a
significant release, has nice features, and has gotten a lot of good press.

Making any upgrade requires careful planning and it is difficult to give
really good advice without understanding how critical the things are
and what is at stake if downtime is longer than would hopefully be
expected.

Hope that helps,
Cheers,
Todd
