Thread-topic: [Xen-users] Do any body have experience in creating a paravirtualized guest with xm command?
I want to use the dom0 Kernel for domU as well.
So I removed the 1st kernel line (though it will be overwritten by the second 
one) and changed tap:aio to file
Still same error exists.

first...what "flavour" of Xen are You using? It's important report as many
information as possible to get the right answer...

kernel option is specified twice, try remove the 2nd :: kernel
= "/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-xen"

try also substitute "tap:aio:" with "file:"

then report,
