The raw cpu-instructions are not modified by xen but go directly
onto the cpu, so you still need the domU-system to support the
architecture the dom0 runs on.

So you need an (open)solaris-version compiled for IA64, havent
yet heard of sun seeing a business-case there and pushing it.
