Well, this is strange! For some reason, your system is not activating the
ethernet driver when under Xen.
When you boot under Xen do you see anything
in /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:02:00.0 ?
My guess would be that there must be something different in Xen's PCI
handling, but I'm afraid I don't have a more specific idea, so we might have
to muddle through a bit!
