What do the VMs do?

We've seen problems with reboots when disk I/O demand greatly outstrips capacity, but I wouldn't expect it in your case unless the VMs are *very* I/O heavy.

System seems to reboot several times a day most noteably in the morning.
Sometime it reboots several times in a short period and then will run
for up to 16hrs before rebooting again. Both DomU's and Dom0 have real public addresses with no nat. Unsure what is causing this to happen any
help in troubleshooting this would be great

Thanks
