Greetings! Just getting started with Xen. I've just assembled a brand-new PC with AMD Athlon 64 x2.Upon loading Fedora Core 6 I've noticed that kernel panics unless set a boot option "noapic" With this option set I can load fc6 without xen.However, if I load Xen-enables fc6 it panics on boot stating a panic on CPU0 related to timer. Then the system goes into reboot so fast I can not even capture the entire error message. I've got this system specifically to run xen, so it is critical for me to be able to run fc6 with xen.
