The install won't even start.  I purged the virtual drive ("dd
if=/dev/zero of=disk.img bs=1G count=8").  It blips a console, then
closes it and the xend.log says it was a poweroff.  That's what's got
me confused.

Maybe a xen config file problem? I don't know - I don't do windows...
