Did you checked whether your system is fully or para vitualized. Just enter
the command over terminal which i mentioned and check for it. And if it
doesnt show those flags then go to BIOS of your system by pressing F2 and
look for option like VIRTUALIZATION and if you dont have any option related
to that then i guess your system is not intel vt or amd enabled. You
probable can not have windows on top of xen then...
