Or point your Windows CDROM drive to the .iso using the
file:/someplace/xswindrivers.iso,/dev/hdd:cdrom in your config file.

It should work with Open Source Xen, as the PV driver structure for
Windows uses exactly the same mechanism as PV drivers for Linux - which
are available in the open-source project. [Xen, the PV driver interface
and Dom0 shouldn't really have any idea of what OS you're running, be it
Linux, Windows, OS/2 or your own home-grown OS...]
