This might be possible, since the Qemu device model appears to include support
for it. There are settings for this in the example HVM config file that
you'd need to customise.

3.0.4-testing would work, if it works at all. Earlier releases should also
work as long as that feature was available in the device models at the time.
If you like, I can test this functionality on my system and get back to you no
whether it works.
USB to PV guests is still a work in progress, I believe - for technical
reasons, it's rather different to HVM USB passthrough.
