I think it's make to look like a Linux bzImage, so in principle you should be
able to boot that iff you have something that can boot a bzImage.
An alternative would be to boot a kexec-capable Linux - then you should be
able to kexec into Xen, if your kexec tools are new enough. This should
avoid fiddling with the cobalt's bootloader, at the expense of having to go
through Linux on the way.
