[Xen-users] RedHat / XEN dom0 problems with HP 380 g5 & 385 g2 servers
I am having problems with:
HP DL380 G5 Dual Quad Core 16GB ( With VT enabled / disabled )
HP DL385 G2 Dual Dual Core 12GB ( With Virt enabled / disabled )
Both have the P400 SAS controllers
RedHat 4 AS U4 base + Updates
XEN rpm's ( 3.0.3 & 3.0.4 )
Dom0 won't boot...
I was just looking to se if anyone had similar issues, and possible a
solution...
I use the same kickstarted builds for a few other 380 G4's and 385 G1's, but
they don't have issues....
The firware is to the most recent versions...
RedHat 5 + xen has given me the same type of issues, I got a little farther
( the 385 booted but was looping over usb device detection even after
disabling usb in bios and booting with nousb.... )
I am also going to troll the HP support forums to see what I can see...
Thanks,
J.J.
