Ouch sorry, I misread your post, you are not using NetXtremII right?
What's your server model, 1850? Under some circumstances (VLANs, Gigabit), I had to hack a bit some Intel and Broadcom drivers. I could provide you some of my custom kernels for DELL with e1000 and Broadcom cards to see if it works (xen 3.03).

Yes, I have. With Broacom NIC (no netIIextreme).
