If you look at the archives of this list you might realize that any bsd in hvm mode is currently not possible. nobody heard of anybody getting it done yet - I'd be very happy to be proven wrong. Not much to gain from this business without getting very deep into the xen sources code. But when these changes are made, you have to provide them as free software, and nobody will be interested in buying ready made images because they can install themselves. Still, if you wanna do it, there are probably quite some people who'd invest some bucks to sponsor you working on it... Even pv mode seems only work with xen 3.0.2, but all this does not sound production-ready.
