Considering that the above article was published on the 10th of August,
it may not have reached the Unstable tree yet... Particularly since the
Xen 3.0.3 release is just around the corner, it may be held for the next
release (as it's probably a fair amount of changes, and not something
you'd want to stick in just before a new relase is due).
