Unfortunately, your question is unclear. Do you need to use a special
Kernel in dom0 which is made from source code and patches (as opposed
to just a changed config, of which it's documented in the readme how
to make a kernel with a custom config) other than that provided in the
xen packages or sources?
If so, please search the archive, this question os often handled here.
Short: this is a hard task, better don't even start if you're not a
seasoned kernel coder.
