What do you mean exactly?

A Xen VM acts, when configured "correctly" as a completely normal
machine in your Network, that can be made accessible via any Network
protocol you configure a daemon for. If you install the software needed
for virtual webhosting, and a Plesk interface for the domains hosted on
that machine, that should "just work".
