http://packages.debianbase.de/<distro>/<arch>/xen3 already supports vmx guests 
(but not tested by myself). xen is compiled with bcc as build-dependency.

if you want to compile it from source, take a look at: 
http://packages.debianbase.de/sources/xen3/
