Has anyone successfully used Coda (a distributed filesystem) with Xen?

I'm trying to install a Coda server in a Xen Dom0 by following the instructions at http://coda.cs.cmu.edu/doc/html/coda-howto-3.html. Specifically, I have done the following so far....

Add deb http://www.coda.cs.cmu.edu/debian stable/ to /etc/apt/ sources.list
        apt-get update
        apt-get install coda-update

In theory that installs the server and my next step should be to run "vice-install" to configure the server, but I don't appear to have vice-install present.

Any tips please?

Thanks,

Mark.
