Hello,

I'm not able to use my serial modem in dom0 (xen-3.0-testing on Fedora
Core 3). Using firefox to query a web-site results in keeping the
browser querying and I cannot see any sent response in the tcpdump.

traceroute tells me, that one of the routers seems to have a problem
with packets > 400 byte and everything works fine when I set the mtu
size of the ppp interface to 400, but I lose a lot of bandwith.

I've testet this with other Xen versions (2.0.7 and unstable) and I
don't use a firewall (iptables -F). 

I don't have this problem with the same (vanilla) kernel version. 
The router accepts all packages when I use the default mtu (my provider
uses 1492 as default).


Any idea what could cause this problem?
