I suspect your previous command line had "nomca" which is
required with a privified xenlinux. Add it right after
the double dash (... -- nomca console=ttyS0...).
Nomca is not required for a paravirtualized xenlinux (which
is my primary environment now so I left it out of the
example). Sorry for the confusion!
