Grmbll sorry my mistake, early this day i shoved it in a USB2 port, to see if a 
problem with the driver of the videograbber had any relation to usb2/usb3 
controller.
But it didn't and was allready fixed.

Shoved it back in on the xhci controller and it counts fine now ...
Sorry for the noise !
