Hi, all:

Thanks for all your reply! I really appreciate them!

I have downgraded to Grub and it magically starts now. But when it
boots up, the screen would flash some times, is this some problem with
the graphic card?

I am using Ubuntu 10.04, 32bit, Xen 4.0.1 compiled from source code,
kernel 2.6.32.16 from jeremy's git, stable 2.6.32.x branch

the full output of the Xen is attached below

Thanks very much!

Best!

Yours,
Sisu
