Do you have /proc/xen ?
Do you have this line in /etc/fstab:
none /proc/xen xenfs defaults 0 0
Also, please update to 'xen/master' branch, and you'll get 2.6.31.4
based pv_ops dom0 kernel.
2.6.30-rc6 you're running is not supported, and a lot of bugs has been
fixed after that version.
