Just to avoid misunderstandings:
* Does XCI set feature-abs-pointer in xenstore?
* If it does, does it read request-abs-pointer from xenstore?
* Under what circumstances (if any) does it send XENKBD_TYPE_MOTION, and
under what circumstances (if any) does it send XENKBD_TYPE_POS?
