It's exactly as you said. 4GB works, 6GB fails.

I also tested the same kernel on an SB700 machine and there it works
just fine including SATA and USB.
The keyboard is a remote management card and is indeed connected via USB.

The board has a serial port but no external connector.
I have a serial port bracket which I can install if it helps on.

Is there anything else I can try meanwhile?
