so maybe we will switch to VMWare Server ESXI as Xen can not run Windows
NT properly until now.

CPUID configuration option is required and exists only since xen 3.3 but
since xen 3.3 qemu 0.10 is included which contain regression bug on
cirrus vga card emulation.
