2.6.18 always maps the maximum possible (256Mb) range, which in this case
extends into the IO-APIC space (which Xen doesn't allow access to even for
Dom0), despite the BIOS reporting only a 64Mb range to be used. Newer
kernels obey to the BIOS specified size, and hence shouldn't have such a
