1) Use PCI resource value provided by dom0 kernel instead of reading it from 
hardware in Xen. The kernel might fix up PCI resources when BARs contain bogus 
values. In this case, using the values from BARs directly could cause system 
crash.

2) Various boundary checks to avoid Xen crash.
