On a UP RHEL4u3 guest, kernel build of defconfig changed from 420s to 370s, 12%
improved.
On a 4 vCPUs RHEL4u3 guest, kernel build of defconfig changed from 213s to
121s, 43% improved.
so KB scalability on RHEL4u3 SMP guest is linear like FC5.
