RE: [Xen-devel] domain0 no longer boots
Foolishly, I forgot to include the bootlog fragment I typed out. This is
where it gets up to:
(XEN) *** LOADING DOMAIN 0 ***
(XEN) Xen-ELF header found: 'GUEST_OS=linux,GUEST_VER=2.4,XEN_VER=1.3'

And then it just sits there.
