It's what I'm expecting but it's not what I'm seeing inside the guest. Inside
domain 2 I always have 8 vcpus and when I'm running the command 'xm list' I'm
seeing 8 vcpus to domain 2.

I will reboot the box and retry to see if it's the same behaviour.
