XenServer 5.6 fp2:
[root@xen-blade01 plugins]# ls -la /etc/xapi.d/plugins/ | grep transfer
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 53370 Dec  1  2010 transfer

XCP 1.1 RC
[root@xen-blade12 plugins]# ls -la | grep transfer
(nada)
