Hello,
I have following Supermicro Server X11SSL-F and CPU XEON E3-1230v5.
After installing xen on debian jessie I get the following message during kernel
boot time:
(...)
(XEN) Dom0 has Maximum 8 VCPUs
(XEN) [VT-D]iommu.c:1427: d0:Hostbridge: skip 0000:00:00.0 map
(XEN) [VT-D]iommu.c:1481: d0:unknown: 0000:00:13.0
(XEN) setup 0000:00:13.0 for d0 failed (-22)
(XEN) [VT-D]iommu.c:1453: d0:PCI: map 0000:00:14.0

(XEN) Scrubbing Free RAM: .

I have added kernel boot param "iommu=verbose".
Regarding to lspci, PCI DEV with address 00:13.0 ist following:
# lspci -vv -s 00:13.0

Can I ignore DEV 00:13.0 at boot time? Maybe with something like that as boot
param:
iommu=ignore_00-13-0
Best regards
Thomas
