Is there any other site like http://jailtime.org which provides OS images for virtualisation?

Stacklet.com IS jailtime.org! This is the main one for xen. However, you can take other VM images and convert them. As they say your mileage may vary. I have a list of sites that have VM images for different Virtual Machines.
