I can confirm that the bug James mentions is fixed, I've now completed
4 installs and 10+ reboots without hitting the bug, previously it took
only a couple of installs or reboots to trigger it.

I've also tested the drivers on windows 2008r2 and windows 7 and they
seem to work perfectly :).
