I have similar problem (xen 3.2.1 from debian lenny):
when rebooting, my_domU will be saved (by /etc/init.d/xendomains stop)
and after the reboot (/etc/init.d/xendomains start) the restored my_domU has this issue...

I tried manually "xm save my_domU ..." and "xm restore ..."
then only a few such lines were obtained:
