Since Xen 3.1 is doing 32-on-64, I took another approach: I just grabbed
the 64 bits hypervisor from the x86_64 tarball, leaving all the rest 32
bits PAE (x86_32p) -- that is: Dom0 & tools are left untouched.
I was able to started all my DomUs (32 bits PAE PVMs and 32 bits HVMs)
without any problems.

So running the 64 bits hypervisor seems to do the trick as well...
