Hi

I setup xen-3.0.2 on two nodes, and run several vms on them

I try to “migrate –live vm “ from one node to the other one ,but it failed

The sender node has destroyed the vm with sereval errors in the xend.log file

While the receiver has created the vm but the migrating vm is running without doing any work  ,

it seems that vm does not complete the migration

and when I try to “xm console vm”on the receiver node,

there are sereval errors or mass codes printed on the screen

and the curse disappeared without shell line out

The sender node is employing Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 275,

while the receiver one is employing Intel(R) XEON(TM) CPU 2.00GHz

Is it the reason for the error fo “migrate –live ”, or are there some thing else wrong ?

Does xen support “migrate –live ” between two nodes ,which are running different cpus or not?

Any help will be appreciated
